Fitment
YX160 fitment: Fits compatible YX160 horizontal pit-bike engines using the matching 4-speed N-1-2-3-4 gearbox. Matching YX160 replacement gearsets use the shaft dimensions listed below. Different gearbox generations exist, so measurements must be checked before purchase.
Critical fitment check: remove and measure the original gearbox before ordering. The replacement must match all of the following measurements:
- Primary / smaller-gear shaft: 153.5 mm overall length
- Primary shaft spline outside diameter: 17 mm
- Primary shaft bearing-end diameter: 12 mm
- Secondary / larger-gear shaft: 134.25 mm overall length
- Secondary shaft spline outside diameter: 17 mm
- Secondary shaft bearing-end diameter: 15 mm
If these dimensions do not match your original gearbox, this part should not be fitted. This gearbox family is not suitable for Zongshen Z155 engines.
