Fitment
- YX140 pit-bike engines fitted with the later 16 mm kick-start shaft
- YX150 pit-bike engines fitted with a 16 mm kick-start shaft
- YX160 pit-bike engines fitted with a 16 mm kick-start shaft
- Some YX125 engines use a 16 mm shaft, but these must be measured before ordering
Important Fitment Notes
- Some early / pre-2011 YX140 engines use a smaller 13 mm shaft.
- Do not assume all 125 cc, Lifan or Loncin engines use the same spline size.
Please measure the kick-start shaft before ordering. A nominally similar pit-bike engine can use a 13/14 mm or 16 mm spline depending on engine generation. This lever is for the 16 mm version only.

Installation
Lightly lubricate the folding pivot before use. Position the lever so it clears the engine case, exhaust, frame and foot controls throughout its full travel, then tighten the pinch bolt securely. Do not force the lever against compression or continue using it if it slips on the shaft.
Condition: Brand new aftermarket replacement part.
