For early Yamaha applications, original front disc 5MV-2581T-00 / 5MV-2581T-00-00 is a useful OE reference on many 2001–2007 YZ/WR models. Later models can use different Yamaha OE numbers even where this aftermarket disc geometry remains cross-listed.

Important Fitment Information
Do not order from model name alone. Yamaha, Suzuki and Rieju changed hub, disc and brake specifications by year and market. Compare the approximately 250 mm outside diameter, 118–119 mm centre, 134 mm PCD, six-hole pattern and mounting-hole size with the disc currently fitted.
On Yamaha listings, WR125 refers to the competition 2-stroke WR125 / WR125Z family where listed. It does not mean the later WR125R or WR125X 4-stroke road/enduro models.
