Direct Replacement - No Machining Intended
This listing is for a motorcycle already fitted with the matching 62 mm 150cc big-bore cylinder. When the existing conversion uses the compatible K157FMI 62 mm flat-top piston specification, this kit is intended as a direct service replacement.
This is not a conversion kit and no cylinder barrel is included. It will not directly fit a standard 125cc engine retaining the original approximately 57 mm bore.
Important Fitment Check
Before ordering, remove or measure the existing piston and confirm a 62 mm bore, matching piston crown profile, gudgeon-pin diameter, compression height, ring-groove layout and gasket profile. Aftermarket 150cc conversions can differ even when fitted to the same motorcycle model.
Do not order by motorcycle model alone. The bike must already have the compatible K157FMI / K157-series 150cc big-bore setup.
Ideal For
- Replacing a worn piston in an existing 150cc conversion
- Replacing worn piston rings
- Repairing a compatible K157FMI big-bore top end
- Top-end rebuilds where the existing piston measures 62 mm
Condition
Brand New aftermarket replacement components. Not represented as genuine Sinnis parts.
Installation
Correct piston-to-cylinder clearance, ring orientation, circlip installation, valve timing and fuelling are essential. Installation by a competent motorcycle mechanic is recommended.
