Piston Kit Rings Pin Gasket 150cc Big Bore EGR Lexmoto Adrenaline

Brand new aftermarket replacement piston service kit for compatible 150cc big-bore conversions on selected Lexmoto Adrenaline EGR motorcycles. Intended for replacing worn or damaged piston components during a top-end rebuild.

What's Included

  • 1 x piston
  • 1 x piston ring set
  • 1 x gudgeon / piston pin
  • 1 x gasket as supplied with the kit

Check the actual product photograph or packaging for any additional small parts, such as circlips, before publishing the listing.

Intended Application

For selected Lexmoto Adrenaline 125 EGR engines that have already been fitted with a matching 150cc big-bore cylinder. Some conversions use K157FMI-family components, but dimensions and designs vary.

This is a piston service kit only: no cylinder barrel is included. It is not a standard-bore replacement for an unmodified 125cc engine.

Important Fitment Information

Before ordering, measure and compare your existing piston and cylinder. Confirm the piston diameter, gudgeon-pin diameter, piston crown profile, compression height, piston ring grooves and gasket profile. Do not order by motorcycle model name or engine capacity alone.

Comparable 150cc big-bore K157FMI kits are sold with different piston specifications. The exact dimensions of this stock must be confirmed before making a guaranteed compatibility claim, particularly across carburettor and EFI model variations.

Ideal For

  • Repairing a compatible 150cc big-bore top end
  • Replacing worn piston rings or a damaged piston
  • Engine refurbishment and rebuilds

Condition

Brand New aftermarket replacement components. Not represented as Genuine Lexmoto parts.

Installation

Correct piston-to-cylinder clearance, ring orientation, circlip installation, valve timing and fuelling are essential. Installation by a competent motorcycle mechanic is recommended. A modified engine may need fuelling adjustments and may have road-use, insurance or licensing implications.
