Fitment
Seller fitment includes Lifan pit-bike / Cub-conversion applications. Lifan engines use several different stator, CDI and charging arrangements, so this is not a universal fit for every Lifan engine. Confirm a compatible 5-pin CDI system, ignition-switch wiring, charging/stator connections and non-electric-start layout before ordering.
Before ordering: compare the supplied photographs with the loom currently fitted. Check the CDI plug pin count and pin positions, ignition-switch plug, stator/generator wiring, regulator/rectifier connections, neutral/lighting/control connections and bullet-terminal genders. Wire colour alone should not be used as proof of compatibility.
12V CDI only: do not treat this as a direct replacement for earlier 6V points-ignition Honda Cubs unless the motorcycle has been correctly converted and the connector layout matches.

Installation Notes
- Disconnect the battery where fitted before electrical work
- Route the loom away from exhaust heat, sharp edges and moving parts
- Do not force mismatched connectors or interchange terminals based only on colour
- Confirm correct earth connections and fuse protection before powering the system
- If adapting for electric start, use the correct starter relay, battery cables and switching circuit for the engine
