Lexmoto Street 125 M30x1.5 RH Internal Flywheel Puller

Heavy-duty threaded workshop puller for removing compatible motorcycle magneto, alternator and generator flywheel/rotor assemblies. The tool uses an M30 × 1.5 internal/female thread and a central forcing screw to push against the crankshaft while the puller body draws the rotor free.

  • M30 × 1.5 internal female puller thread
  • Central threaded forcing screw
  • Hex drive head for spanner/socket operation
  • Hardened contact/pusher tip at the end of the forcing screw

Compatibility Check

Flywheel pullers must match the rotor thread exactly. Before use, confirm the flywheel has an M30 × 1.5 external thread, check the thread direction and make sure there is enough internal depth for the forcing screw. Never force a puller that does not screw on smoothly by hand.

Use Guidance

  1. Remove the rotor/flywheel retaining fastener as specified by the motorcycle service manual.
  2. Clean the flywheel and puller threads and lightly lubricate the forcing-screw contact point.
  3. Screw the puller body fully and squarely onto the flywheel by hand.
  4. Hold the puller body securely and tighten the centre forcing screw progressively until the rotor releases.

Do not use an impact gun. Incorrect thread engagement or excessive shock loading can damage the flywheel, crankshaft or puller threads.
