Compare the original rear disc before ordering. Do not rely on one OE suffix across every year. Early MSX/Grom and Monkey applications use 43251-K26-900, later MSX/Grom/Monkey/Dax applications include 43251-K26-G01, and later Grom models use 43251-K26-L01. Honda changes the OE suffix across model years even where the same MD1184-type 190 mm disc profile is used. Match the 190 mm diameter, 58–58.2 mm centre bore, 78 mm PCD and four 10.5 mm mounting holes.
