Important Fitment Notes
- This listing is for the older carburettor-type K157FMI head family.
- Do not assume fitment to K157FMI-E / Euro 4 / EFI engines: later EFI engines have their own cylinder-head assemblies and emissions hardware.
- K157FMI engines were produced in several head/intake configurations, including versions with secondary-air provisions and different covers.
Check the complete engine code and the original head before ordering. Confirm the cylinder-head stud layout, camshaft/timing arrangement, inlet and exhaust ports, any secondary-air connection, tachometer-drive provision and rocker-cover mounting pattern.
EFI / Euro 4 Warning
The later K157FMI-E engine family is catalogued with a separate cylinder-head assembly. Do not assume this older K157FMI carburettor head is interchangeable with K157FMI-E, EFI or Euro 4 versions.
Installation
Cylinder-head replacement requires correct cam timing, valve clearances, clean gasket surfaces and the correct torque procedure. Inspect the piston, cylinder, cam chain, tensioner and oilways before assembly. Professional installation is recommended.
