Honda Reference Information
Honda used several different 4-speed transmission ratios and shaft versions across SS50, CD50, CL50 and related horizontal-engine models, so there is no single Honda OE complete-gearbox number verified for this aftermarket set.

Important Fitment Information
This is a 4-speed manual transmission set and is not suitable for every Honda 50 / 70 / 90 horizontal engine.
- Do not use for 5-speed SS50 / SS50Z transmissions.
- For SS50 models, use only where the bike has the compatible 4-speed gearbox and does not use the pedal-crank transmission arrangement.
- Honda changed gearbox ratios, shaft designs and shift arrangements by model, market and year.
- Compare the approximately 95 mm shift drum, 120 mm gear-set length and 117 mm output shaft with the transmission currently fitted.
- Compare the selector drum/forks, shaft ends, gear layout and crankcase bearing locations with the product photographs.

Installation
