Compare the cylinder shape, stud pattern, cam-chain opening, piston-pin size, gasket profile and all product photographs with the parts currently fitted. Do not order by registration year alone, as Chinese-manufactured motorcycles can have specification changes within a model range.
Installation
This is an engine rebuild / performance component and should be installed by a competent motorcycle mechanic. Piston-ring orientation, circlip seating, gasket surfaces, valve timing, valve clearances, fuelling and running-in procedure must all be checked during installation. Carburettor jetting or fuel-injection calibration may require adjustment after increasing engine capacity.
